Upon entering the Salon you will be greeted by our fabulous reception team. Our team will cater to your every need, from refreshments and magazines, to the most wonderful Shiatsu head massage; which will prepare you for your new hair courtesy of the revolutionary hair straightening. We have wide range of magazines and coffee table books. Zoltan Vargyai heads our team up, with extensive experience. Zoltan is at the top of the hair straightening field, and was one of the technicians in Europe to be trained by Yuko Yamashita and other Japanese experts. Yuko Komatsuda, with 6 years under her belt and a graduate of the famous Yuko academy in Japan, and Loretta Karam-Whalley, from New Zealand, both have many years experience with the system. After an initial consultation you will be walked through the exact process, and if you have any question, we will answer them in detail for you. A quick shampoo will be followed by an application of protecting treatments, and a solution is gently applied on every single hair you have. When your hair is ready, a light shampoo and conditioning treatment from the Phi-Ten Bella range will be used (specifically created for Yuko). We then spray a keratin and protein spray into your hair. Depending on the technique we use, we use especially designed, heat changeable, Japanese straightening irons, to iron your hair in very tiny sections. After the ironing we apply a moisturising solution, which is followed a quick blow dry, and another ironing session. Please, please, do not forget to bring an umbrella!
